How do I make last names first?

A number of teachers have said the like the new way, a number of teachers
have said they much prefer the old way, with last names first.

The following upgrade allows you to choose between the two different ways.

Have I lost my data when I upgrade to TxP11? How to I get it back.

No, your data is still there. Yes you can get it back.  TxP 11 is linked to a different teacher file than the old TP10 program (due to upgrade changes in the back end).  But you can get all your data imported into your new file by doing the following. 

Go to Manage > File Manager. 

Click on “Import All Data from and older Teacher Data File”.   

Select the file “teacherdata.mdb” (assuming that’s where your data was stored).  

Click on the replace with button and all your data from your last years file will be imported.  (But it will erase this year’s data)
